1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of https://visibleaisite.com, the Visible AI Site AI Visibility Checker, scan result pages, detailed report request flow, tokenized report links, PDF reports, related email communications, and any related website features or services.

Visible AI Site is operated by Holy River for digital marketing technologies, located in Amman, Jordan.

By using the website, submitting a URL for scanning, accepting the Terms checkbox, requesting a detailed report, opening a report link, or using any related service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the website or submit any URL for scanning.

2. What Visible AI Site does

Visible AI Site provides an automated first-look AI visibility checker for supported business websites and online stores.

The checker scans selected public technical signals that may affect whether AI-assisted search tools, answer engines, shopping tools, and browsing agents can access, read, compare, or understand a website or online store.

The checker may inspect public responses, public HTML, metadata, robots.txt files, sitemaps, structured data, public links, public product/page samples, ecommerce feed hints, and selected public technical indicators.

3. Automated scan disclaimer

This automated scan checks selected public technical signals. Some results may be affected by redirects, region rules, crawler limits, JavaScript rendering, or sampling limits. A full AI visibility audit includes deeper technical review, content review, product data review, business trust signal review, competitor visibility review, and AI answer testing.

The scan is informational only. It is not a complete audit, certification, guarantee, or professional assurance.

4. Supported platforms

The current checker is designed for selected supported platforms, including:

  • WordPress;
  • WooCommerce;
  • Shopify.

Unsupported, unknown, custom, private, or incompatible platforms may stop before a full scan is performed. In those cases, the service may return an unsupported-platform message or fail to generate a full result or PDF report.

Visible AI Site does not promise that every website, ecommerce platform, custom stack, or private system can be scanned.

5. Permission to scan

You may submit only public website URLs that you own, manage, or have permission to scan.

By submitting a URL, you confirm that:

  • you own, manage, or have permission to scan the submitted website or online store;
  • the submitted URL is public and does not require unauthorized access;
  • the submitted URL does not include secrets, passwords, access tokens, private session identifiers, confidential data, private customer data, or sensitive personal data;
  • you are not using Visible AI Site for unauthorized reconnaissance, probing, scraping, vulnerability discovery, abuse, harassment, or disruption of third-party systems.

6. What the checker may do during a scan

When you submit a URL, the checker may make automated server-side HTTP requests to the submitted host and related same-host public resources.

The checker may fetch or inspect:

  • the HTTPS homepage;
  • robots.txt;
  • sitemap candidate paths and sitemap URLs;
  • same-host public HTML pages discovered from sitemaps and crawlable links;
  • public product pages, category pages, collection pages, and policy pages where applicable;
  • ecommerce feed hints or candidate resources for WooCommerce or Shopify where applicable.

The checker may follow redirects, apply request timeouts, enforce body-size limits, limit crawl depth, limit page count, limit scan runtime, and stop scans when the target website, network, platform, or service rules prevent completion.

The checker uses an automated crawler user agent that may identify itself as:

Scans may be limited, interrupted, delayed, reused, incomplete, or failed.

7. Scan reuse

Visible AI Site may reuse a recent completed scan for the same normalized URL, rubric, and scoring version instead of creating a fresh scan for every request.

This means a submitted URL may sometimes show a result based on a recent scan rather than a new live scan.

8. Results, scores, and reports

Scan results may include:

  • scanned website URL or host;
  • scan ID;
  • detected platform;
  • scan date/time;
  • score;
  • score label;
  • highlights;
  • key issues;
  • category breakdowns;
  • prioritized findings;
  • public evidence summaries;
  • recommended fixes;
  • disclaimer text;
  • related call-to-action content.

Scores and findings are estimates based on selected public signals available during the scan. They may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, affected by target-site configuration, or affected by technical limits.

You are responsible for reviewing all recommendations before implementing them. You should use your own judgment and, when needed, consult qualified developers, SEO specialists, legal advisers, accessibility specialists, security professionals, ecommerce specialists, or other appropriate professionals.

9. No guarantees

Visible AI Site does not guarantee:

  • improved ranking in ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot, Google AI Mode, Google Search, Bing, or any other system;
  • inclusion in AI answers;
  • AI recommendations;
  • search visibility;
  • traffic growth;
  • sales growth;
  • revenue growth;
  • lead generation;
  • conversion improvement;
  • platform approval;
  • Merchant Center approval;
  • legal compliance;
  • accessibility compliance;
  • security compliance;
  • full SEO performance;
  • full ecommerce readiness;
  • complete AI readiness.

The checker and reports are practical diagnostic aids, not guarantees of results.

10. Report request and follow-up

After viewing an instant scan result, you may request a detailed report by submitting your name, email address, and optional role.

By requesting a report, you agree that Visible AI Site may email you the report and may follow up about practical help related to the scan, findings, and possible implementation next steps.

Requesting a report does not create a paid service agreement, support contract, consulting agreement, maintenance agreement, service-level agreement, or guaranteed response obligation.

Any paid work, implementation support, audit, consulting, development, or service engagement must be agreed separately.

11. Report links and access control

Detailed reports may be delivered through tokenized bearer-style report links.

Anyone with a valid report link may be able to view the report until the link expires or is revoked.

You are responsible for controlling access to report links. Do not share report links with anyone who should not view the report.

Visible AI Site may revoke, disable, expire, or restrict report links for security, abuse prevention, operational, legal, policy, or service-protection reasons.

The current MVP does not provide user accounts, passwords, workspace membership, role-based access controls, team permissions, or a public self-service report-link revocation portal.

12. Email delivery limits

Visible AI Site may attempt to send report emails through configured email infrastructure.

Email delivery may fail, be delayed, be blocked, be filtered as spam, bounce, omit an attachment, or be affected by recipient mailbox settings, provider limits, network issues, file-size limits, or configuration problems.

Visible AI Site does not guarantee immediate, successful, or uninterrupted email delivery.

13. Prohibited use

You must not use Visible AI Site to:

  • scan websites you do not own, manage, or have permission to scan;
  • scan private, restricted, paywalled, confidential, or access-controlled systems;
  • attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, paywalls, bot protections, rate limits, robots rules, firewall rules, or technical access controls;
  • submit URLs containing secrets, passwords, access tokens, private session identifiers, private customer data, confidential data, or sensitive personal data;
  • use the checker for vulnerability discovery, penetration testing, reconnaissance, scraping, spam, harassment, disruption, or abuse;
  • overload, disrupt, damage, or interfere with Visible AI Site or third-party websites;
  • reverse engineer, copy, misuse, resell, or exploit Visible AI Site reports, scoring methods, website output, branding, templates, or service flow except as allowed by these Terms;
  • impersonate another person or business;
  • misrepresent your authority to scan a website;
  • use scan results to make misleading claims about a third-party website;
  • use the service in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

14. Right to refuse, limit, or block access

Visible AI Site may refuse, limit, throttle, suspend, block, reject, or disable scans, report requests, report links, or service access at any time when needed to protect service availability, third-party websites, users, infrastructure, legal interests, security, or policy compliance.

We may also remove or withhold reports, block abusive traffic, disable access tokens, or refuse future submissions from users, domains, IP ranges, or patterns associated with misuse.

15. User-submitted URLs and website content

You retain your rights in your own website, business information, product information, and content.

By submitting a URL, you give Visible AI Site permission to fetch, process, analyze, store, summarize, and generate reports from public information available at the submitted website, as needed to operate the checker, generate results, send reports, provide follow-up, improve the service, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and maintain records.

You must make sure that you have the authority to submit the URL and allow this processing.

16. Visible AI Site intellectual property

Visible AI Site, the Visible AI Site name, branding, designs, report format, report wording structure, checker logic, scoring presentation, templates, software, website interface, documentation, content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Holy River for digital marketing technologies unless otherwise stated.

You may use a report internally for your own business review or share it with your team, developer, agency, or adviser for the scanned website.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, resell, white-label, republish, scrape, reverse engineer, or create competing products from Visible AI Site materials without written permission.

17. Third-party websites and services

Visible AI Site may reference, connect with, or process information through third-party systems used for hosting, email delivery, workflow automation, lead management, artifact storage, and other operational needs.

Visible AI Site is not responsible for third-party websites that you submit for scanning unless those websites are owned or controlled by Visible AI Site.

Visible AI Site is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, errors, security tools, crawler rules, or content on submitted websites or third-party systems.

18. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and retain information related to submitted URLs, scans, reports, emails, lead details, public website metadata, report links, email link clicks, report views, service providers, and follow-up workflows.

By using Visible AI Site, you also agree to the data handling described in the Privacy Policy.

19. No professional advice

Visible AI Site outputs are informational and diagnostic in nature.

They are not legal advice, compliance advice, accessibility certification, security advice, financial advice, ecommerce platform approval advice, or a substitute for professional review.

You are responsible for deciding whether, when, and how to act on any scan result or recommendation.

20. Availability and changes

Visible AI Site may change, pause, update, limit, remove, or discontinue any part of the website, checker, scoring system, report format, supported platforms, report delivery method, or service flow at any time.

We may update scoring versions, supported checks, category wording, report templates, crawler behavior, or platform support as the service develops.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always-available service.

21. Disclaimers

Visible AI Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holy River for digital marketing technologies disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions. In those cases, the exclusions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

22. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holy River for digital marketing technologies, Visible AI Site, and their owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data, lost opportunities, reputational harm, platform rejection, search ranking changes, AI visibility changes, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the website, checker, reports, links, emails, or recommendations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, any total liability arising from or related to these Terms or the use of Visible AI Site will be limited to the amount you paid directly to Holy River for digital marketing technologies for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if no amount was paid.

23. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Holy River for digital marketing technologies, Visible AI Site, and their owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or related to:

  • your use or misuse of the website or checker;
  • your submission of a URL without authorization;
  • your violation of these Terms;
  • your violation of laws or third-party rights;
  • your use or sharing of scan results or reports;
  • your implementation of recommendations;
  • your submission of URLs containing confidential, sensitive, private, or unauthorized information.

24. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, unless mandatory laws in your location require otherwise.

Courts located in Amman, Jordan will have jurisdiction over disputes related to these Terms, unless mandatory consumer or data protection laws in your location provide otherwise.

25. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Your continued use of Visible AI Site after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
